PARIVISION are Dota 2’s Esports World Cup 2026 champions. The team beat BetBoom 3-1 in the July 19 grand final in Paris, closing out a tournament run where they dropped just three games across two full weeks of competition.
A near-flawless two weeks
PARIVISION’s only blemish all event was a single group-stage loss to defending EWC champions Team Spirit, on their way to a 9-1 record before knocking out Rune Eaters Esports and Team Yandex to reach the final. BetBoom had the harder road, grinding through 20 matches total — including a full Survival Stage bracket — just to get there.
The final itself wasn’t a blowout. BetBoom’s Danil “gpk” Skutin opened Game 1 with a Slardar pick that neutralized PARIVISION’s Ember Spirit, and Game 2 turned into a 62-minute marathon — nearly 13,000 damage dealt to buildings alone — before Volodymyr “No[o]ne-” Minenko’s Invoker closed it out with a string of Sun Strike kills. Game 3 came down to a string of power-rune fights between No[o]ne- on Puck and gpk on Earth Spirit, with Alan “Satanic” Gallyamov’s Tiny providing the decisive push. Satanic then took over Game 4 outright on Lifestealer to seal the series.
Why it matters
This is PARIVISION’s second Tier-1 trophy of the season — both under head coach Clement “Puppey” Ivanov, the former Na’Vi and Secret captain who joined the org back in January — and it puts them squarely in the conversation as one of the favorites heading into The International 2026 later this year. For a $2 million prize pool spread across 24 of the world’s best rosters, dropping only three games total is about as convincing a statement as a team can make.
